The programme is designed to help innovative companies progress from proof of concept/prototype stage to an investment-ready business proposition.
Who is the programme for?
The Incubator is suitable for:
Liverpool City Region-based start-ups and spinouts
Companies developing an innovative product or technology in clean tech for health, deep tech, or health & life science.
Innovations at TRL 2-5 (experimental proof of concept or prototype)
Incorporated companies with a bank account
Businesses actively seeking to raise investment
What’s on offer?
Successful companies will receive:
£10,000 initial investment on day one (via an Advanced Subscription Agreement), joining the LYVA Labs investment portfolio
1:1 tailored commercial support aligned to development milestones
A programme of educational workshops and peer-to-peer learning covering investor readiness, finance and funding, sales and marketing, IP and regulation, and people and partnerships
Connections to mentors, potential NEDs, R&D, and industry partners
Support to identify and apply for innovation grant funding
Investment readiness support for future equity investment, including business plan development and pitch bootcamps
A Demo Day with opportunities for follow-on investment from LYVA Labs and co-investors
Access to resources and skills through the LYVA Labs talent programme
